I have to admit, I’m a Grey’s Anatomy fan – and thanks to Hulu, I don’t have to miss any episodes. I remember one where the young interns in the OR pulled out their smart phones just as one of the major surgeries was about to begin. One of their superiors was about to reprimand them when the chief of surgery gave them the go-ahead to Tweet during the surgery, recognizing that Twitter was an important teaching and learning tool.
