So I found this photo perfect for what we were talking about Facebook and Twitter, and this picture shows how they go hand in hand, however people still like to say they are a little bit different.

While this does make things easier in making an account somewhere and showing people what you are doing, I’m not sure that I like the idea of all of my accounts slowly being integrated together. I like keeping things separate.

I agree, I like to keep things separate, I have different followers on twitter than I do friends on Facebook, they are different audiences and some things that I tweet about I would never post as a status and the other way around. same with my Instagram, I tweet pictures right from my Instagram account but if I am going to upload pictures on Facebook, it is normally more than one photo so I will just upload them from my library.

Love it! And I’m all about separation too.

I understand this picture. I don’t have a twitter, but if i had one I would probably put the same things on there as I do on Facebook. If I wanted someone to know what I think, what’s going on, or where I am, I currently use Facebook. So if a person was trying to learn about my life they would already be used to looking at Facebook, because of this, I think dividing the two would get confusing.
